01Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and p786 ("p786", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at p786.bet. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with p786, including account registration, deposits, wagering, withdrawals, bonus participation, and use of any content or service available through the platform.

02Definitions

• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be wagered before it may be withdrawn.

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency used on the p786 Platform.

03Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account with p786, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. p786 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will request identity documentation to verify age where reasonably necessary.
• You are accessing the Platform in your own name and for your personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, nor accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of p786 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had a p786 Account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms or any related policy.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You undertake to update your details promptly if they change.

p786 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) procedures at any point. Until verification is complete, p786 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by p786 may result in Account suspension.

04Account Management

Each Player is entitled to hold one (1) Account only on the p786 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. p786 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify p786 immediately via the live chat support function available in your Account dashboard. p786 may temporarily suspend your Account while any security concern is investigated.

p786 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, where p786 reasonably suspects:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity in connection with the Account;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Use of automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.

05Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the p786 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p786 supports the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT via the TRC20 network.

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or EasyPaisa typically reflect in your p786 Account within three (3) minutes of a successful transaction. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer depending on the sending institution's processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by p786 promptly following approval. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. p786 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Account cashier and may be updated from time to time.

Conditions on Withdrawal: Real Money Funds that have been deposited and wagered at least once are eligible for withdrawal subject to any applicable bonus terms. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all associated Wagering Requirements have been satisfied. p786 reserves the right to deduct any bonus amounts that remain subject to Wagering Requirements from a withdrawal request where a Player elects to withdraw prior to completion.

06Bonuses & Promotions

p786 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, or other incentives to Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is made available, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all p786 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may be limited to new registrations, players in certain regions, or players meeting specific activity criteria.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time, unless p786 expressly permits the stacking of specific promotions.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon expiry of the applicable time limit.
• p786 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Player who has already opted into the promotion and begun satisfying the associated Wagering Requirements will not be adversely affected by such change.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or systematic low-risk staking designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may lead to Account closure.

07Game Rules & Betting

All games available on the p786 Platform — including live casino tables, slot games, instant games, and the sportsbook — operate in accordance with their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface or betting market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to the conduct of that specific game.

All slot games and random number-dependent games on p786 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently verified and cannot be manipulated by p786 or any third party.

For sportsbook wagers, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market and the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed.
• p786 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or resulted in error, including pricing errors or data feed failures.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live state of play at the time the bet is confirmed. p786 uses a short delay on in-play markets to protect the integrity of live pricing.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may vary by sport, event, and Player Account status.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent).

08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p786 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or exploitation of technical errors;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or similar low-risk strategies that contravene the spirit of promotional terms;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology;
• Sharing your Account credentials with, or permitting access to your Account by, any third party;
• Registering more than one Account on the Platform.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the p786 Platform — including but not limited to the p786 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, audio-visual materials, and any other proprietary content — is the exclusive intellectual property of p786 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any Platform content without the express prior written consent of p786.

10Privacy & Data

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by p786 is governed by the p786 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p786 collects personal data that is necessary to operate the Platform, verify Player identity, process payments, comply with licensing obligations, and provide customer support. p786 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

p786 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. We recognise that gambling, while an enjoyable form of entertainment for the vast majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals. p786 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you of the duration of your active session.

12Limitation of Liability

• Loss of winnings or funds due to technical failure, system outage, or Internet connectivity issues;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from your reliance on inaccurate odds, market data, or game information;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance.

p786's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

13Amendments to These Terms

p786 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, p786 will provide reasonable notice by posting a notice on the Platform or notifying registered Players by email or in-Account message. The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p786 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting p786 customer support in good faith.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint being lodged, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified by p786's licensing authority. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
